NOTE: this is a full time position, candidates upon employment are not allowed to work with other clients while working with MAGNA.
Purpose: Own client deliverables, and internal process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
MAGNA Community & Content Ops:
Manage LinkedIn business page, repurpose posts accross socials (including some video).
Reply to comments on IG/FB for MAGNA
Keep coaching platform updated (recordings, summaries, resources).
Manage
Client Delivery:
Prepare trello boards for each new client
Set up client sub-accounts (domain, DNS, SMS, ASIC extract, integrations).
Build automations in GHL for warming up leads
Build and launch Meta ads, SMS,
Support in resolving client problems with Meta accounts (they may be blocked or require setting up new accounts)
Research segments via Sales Navigator, export/clean lists via Prospeo.
Build outreach campaigns (LinkedHelper + GHL
Implement onboarding automations (via Leadsie + SOPs).
