We are a digital media company creating high-volume articles across multiple verticals. Our content reaches a wide audience, and we are scaling up our publishing team to meet growing demand.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Production Specialist to create and publish articles using ChatGPT and our CMS. This role is focused on volume, accuracy, and formatting compliance: producing and posting 30 articles per day, 5 days per week. You will follow detailed style guides and topic lists to ensure all content meets our publishing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Use ChatGPT (with provided prompts and guidelines) to draft clear, engaging articles.

Edit AI-generated drafts to ensure compliance with formatting, tone, and keyword requirements.

Upload and format articles in our CMS with correct titles, metadata, tags, and categories.

Ensure all articles meet required word count, readability, and editorial standards.

Maintain publishing speed while meeting quality expectations (30 per day).

Coordinate with the editorial lead to handle feedback and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

Strong English writing/editing skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with article formatting and publishing requirements is a plus.

Prior experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools.

Comfortable working inside a CMS (Directus, WordPress, or equivalent).

Ability to hit high daily output targets without sacrificing quality.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Performance Expectations

Output: 30 published articles per workday (150 per week).

Compensation: $250 per month.

Reliability: Consistently meet deadlines and maintain publishing quality at scale.
