We're hiring a UGC Video Editor to cut TikTok and Instagram-first ads that convert. You'll edit roughly one batch of ads per day alongside a tight team of editors, strategists, and creators.
What you'll be doing
Editing daily ad batches across formats: UGC talking heads, text-overlay cuts, B-roll sequences, and more. Each batch is multiple variations optimized for TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms.
You'll work directly with creative strategists to implement feedback fast and iterate on top performers. Trends move quickly here, so you'll need to keep up and apply what's working in real time.
What we're looking for
3+ years editing video, ideally UGC, paid ads, or social content. You've worked in a high-output environment and know how to move fast without cutting corners on quality. Strong sense of pacing, timing, and what makes content feel native (not produced) on TikTok and IG.
You're comfortable with fast feedback loops, collaborative workflows, and tools like Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut.
Bonus if you have experience with motion graphics, sound design, or AI tools like ElevenLabs, Suno, or Figma.
