We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic and Video Editor to join our team and help drive the success of our thriving supplements brand. Our ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with 2-3 years of experience who can seamlessly blend technical design skills with marketing psychology to create compelling visual content that converts.
As our Creative Content Specialist, you will be developing both static graphics and dynamic video content that captures attention, communicates value, and drives sales. You need to think strategically about each creative asset while adapting quickly to changing campaign needs and consistently generating fresh ideas that help us stand out in a competitive market.
This is NOT for you if:
-You can't commit at least a solid 4-5 hours per day to create and strategize visual content
-You plan to outsource the work or apply an agency model
-You want to pursue other passions or businesses that would significantly divert your energy and focus from this role
-You're a "template-only" designer without understanding of marketing psychology, sales principles, and conversion-focused creative strategy
-You're not willing to continuously upskill and stay at the cutting edge of design and video trends
-You're NOT a team player who's willing to collaborate with media buyers and hold oneself accountable for creative performance
While we deeply respect the hustle and entrepreneurial drive, for this role we are seeking an intrapreneur - someone who will bring that same creativity, initiative, and strategic thinking, but focus it exclusively on propelling our brand to new heights. If you're ready to channel your creative talents into accelerating the growth of an already successful supplements company, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
At Mettlence, we invest heavily in creative testing and optimization, and you will have the opportunity to learn from real campaign data and receive feedback that will help you grow quickly as both a designer and marketer. We want someone who's highly skilled and confident, but not arrogant, and willing to learn and improve. If you are a talented creative professional who wants to be part of a successful team and continuously stay at the cutting edge of your craft, we encourage you to apply.
