LP Equity, a U.S.-based private equity firm specializing in real estate investments, is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our property research and data management efforts. This role begins with a research-focused project but can grow into a long-term position with broader responsibilities for the right person.
Initial Project (Your First Assignment):
Visit the following website:

Gather property details for all listed communities, including:
Property Name
Address
Unit Count (if available)
Look up ownership information for each property using public county assessor/property records.
Deliver results in a clean Excel or Google Sheet with these columns:

Responsibilities (Ongoing Role):
Conduct online property and ownership research using assessor sites, public records, and other resources.
Organize and maintain large research spreadsheets.
Cross-check data for accuracy and consistency.
Provide regular updates and flag unclear results.
Support acquisitions team with ad hoc research tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (filters, sorting, formulas).
Excellent written English and clear communication skills.
Research experience preferred (property, real estate, title, or related is a plus).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Bonus Skills (not required but helpful):
Familiarity with U.S. property ownership structures (LLCs, trusts, etc.).
Prior VA experience with real estate investors or property management companies.
Compensation & Growth:
Starting at $3–$6/hour depending on experience.
Part-time to start; opportunity to grow into full-time, long-term role.
13th month bonus and pay increases available for long-term performance.
