We are now looking for a Paid Ads Expert who can take ownership of our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube Ads strategy, execution, and optimization.
???? Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
Plan, launch, and optimize YouTube Ads campaigns with a strong focus on targeting, creative testing, and scaling.
Build end-to-end ad funnels, from targeting to landing pages to conversions.
Manage budgets, A/B testing, and performance metrics to maximize ROI.
Provide weekly reports and insights to leadership on performance and next steps.
Stay updated with the latest best practices and platform updates for Meta & YouTube advertising.
Collaborate with creative, automation, and strategy teams to align campaigns with overall brand clarity and client goals.
? Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience running paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube.
Proven track record of high-performing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong understanding of:
Audience targeting & segmentation
Creative strategy for video & static ads
Conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
Budget scaling strategies
Comfortable with data-driven decision making (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).
Experience working alongside landing page teams (Go High Level or similar is a plus).
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Self-starter — able to run campaigns independently without micromanagement.
