Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced, self-reliant Project Manager who can lead integrations across GHL, GitHub, Vercel, and AI workflows. You’ll take charge of execution—no babysitting, just strategic, flawless implementation of systems that support our clarity-first branding approach.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end technical projects using Go High Level (GHL), GitHub, and Vercel.
Architect and implement automations, deployments, and AI-powered systems for client-facing workflows.
Maintain clean version control, documentation, and deployment pipelines.
Ensure system scalability and security, aligning with best practices.
Drive prompt engineering initiatives that enhance automation and messaging workflows.
Coordinate with stakeholders (clients, tea ---------- mbers), managing progress without direct supervision.
Anticipate and resolve roadblocks proactively.
Qualifications
2 years of project management in technical or digital marketing environments.
Proficient with GHL (CRM/automation workflows), GitHub (branching, PRs, version control), and Vercel (deployments & hosting).
Strong foundation in AI prompt engineering, automation design, and "vibe coding".
Deep understanding of system architecture best practices—scalability, security, maintainability.
Excellent communication and self-management skills.
Proven ability to lead high-impact integrations independently.
