What You'll Do:

As a WordPress Developer, you'll be instrumental in shaping and maintaining our digital footprint. Your responsibilities will include:

- WordPress Website Development: develop and implement new WordPress websites, custom themes, and plugins from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and user-friendliness.

- Website Maintenance & Optimization: Regularly update and maintain existing WordPress sites, troubleshoot issues, implement security measures, and optimize for speed and scalability.

Client Support: Provide technical support to project managers, addressing their website-related inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

- PHP Development & Management: Develop and maintain server-side logic in PHP for custom themes and plugins, and manage the underlying database to ensure smooth operation.

- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to deliver seamless web experiences.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong foundation in WordPress development and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

1. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
2. Deep knowledge of WordPress core, the WordPress API, and a strong understanding of the WordPress database structure.
3. Strong proficiency in PHP and experience developing custom themes and plugins from scratch.
4. Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise updates.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
