Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Expertise Required)
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper with proven QuickBooks knowledge to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of our company’s financial data. Candidates without QuickBooks experience will not be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
QuickBooks Setup & Management – Confidently navigate QuickBooks Online for daily entries and account maintenance.
Record Financial Transactions – Document sales, expenses, payments, and receipts with precision.
Reconcile Bank Statements – Match financial records against bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable – Track money owed to and by the business.
Handle Payroll Processing – Calculate and distribute employee salaries.
Produce Financial Reports – Generate profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Maintain Tax Compliance – Ensure all tax filings are correct and timely.
Qualifications
Mandatory: Demonstrable experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks (Online).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, including negotiating with vendors.
