Job Description: Outbound Sales Caller New Era Power South Florida's #1 Underground Utility Firm
We are excited to announce an opening for an experienced outbound sales caller to join our dynamic team, with a primary focus on engaging with real estate developers and general contractors throughout the vibrant South Florida region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in introducing our company and its diverse range of services to potential clients, helping to establish and nurture relationships that can lead to long-term partnerships.
As an outbound sales caller, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Cold Calling: You will actively reach out to potential clients, which includes real estate developers and general contractors, using a well-crafted pitch to introduce our company and the solutions we offer. Your ability to articulate our value proposition clearly and compellingly will be key to your success.
Relationship Building: Beyond just making calls, you will focus on building rapport and trust with prospective clients. This involves listening to their needs, understanding their pain points, and positioning our services as effective solutions to their challenges.
Appointment Setting: You will inform potential clients and customer about our services and focus on setting meeting with out President of New Era Power.
Lead Generation: You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads through your outreach efforts. Your keen insight into the industry will help you target the right clients and gather valuable information that can be used for follow-up communications.
New Customer Profiling: Client list and scripts will be provided and should be maintained but you should also be able to profile and find new customer and client.
Persistence and Resilience: The nature of outbound sales requires a thick skin and an unwavering commitment to your goals. You should be comfortable with facing rejection and using it as a learning opportunity to refine your approach and improve your effectiveness.
Collaboration: Working closely with our team and New Era Power. Share your insights gained from your conversations that can inform our broader sales strategies. Collaboration will be key to ensuring that we present a cohesive message and approach to our potential clients.
Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate records of your outreach efforts, client interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system. This will help us track progress, measure success, and optimize our sales processes.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in outbound calling, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. You should excel in communication, both verbal and written, and possess exceptional persuasion skills. Being driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales is essential, as is a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
