Our team is diverse, covering customer service, events, program management, and more. As we expand, we’re seeking a Team Leader who can track deliverables, and ensure our team runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Leader, you will be the point person responsible for keeping the team aligned, accountable, and productive. You’ll ensure that deadlines are met, tasks are followed through, and communication flows effectively across all areas of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Team Management: Lead and support a group of tea ---------- mbers across different functions (customer service, events, program management, etc.).

Task & Project Oversight: Assign, monitor, and follow up on team tasks to ensure timely completion and quality execution.

Meetings & Communication: Run regular tea ---------- etings, set agendas, share updates, and track action items.

Accountability & Follow-Up: Check in with tea ---------- mbers to make sure they’re on track and provide support when needed.

Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align team deliverables with company goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Project Manager, ideally in a online service or training/education environment.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to hold tea ---------- mbers accountable while maintaining a supportive and positive culture.

Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ---------- , or similar).

Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
