JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Transactional Agent to support our team with residential & commercial mortgages, real estate transactions, and business funding deals. This role focuses on managing deal flow, monitoring emails, forwarding conditions, and keeping all parties updated from application to closing.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage deal flow email inbox (forwarding conditions, organizing documents, responding to clients).

Track transactions from application through funding for mortgages and business funding.

Communicate with clients, lenders, and real estate agents, providing updates and answering questions.

Review and organize files for accuracy, compliance, and secure recordkeeping.

Prepare simple reports and update CRM/loan systems.

Qualifications:

Experience in mortgage, real estate, or funding transactions (preferred).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
