JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing fashion e-commerce business looking for a Media Buyer Assistant to start with simple tasks and grow into full media buying responsibilities over time.

For now, your main job will be to upload campaigns that our product lister has already prepared (creatives) and do two quick check-ups during the night to turn off underperforming ads if needed.

This currently takes around 10–15 minutes total per day (split into two logins). In the future, as you gain experience and prove reliability, your role will expand to:

Scaling and downscaling campaigns

Turning off underperforming campaigns based on our set criteria

Full campaign management

We are looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and with experience in fashion dropshipping advertising.

???? Responsibilities:

Phase 1 – Current (Entry Tasks)

Upload new ad campaigns daily (prepared by product lister).

Double-check targeting, placements, and creatives are correct.

Do 2 quick check-ins (1–2 AM and 4–5 AM PH time) to turn off ads if they’ve reached our criteria.

Phase 2 – Future (Growth Responsibilities)

Scale and downscale campaigns following company strategy.

Turn off underperforming ads using defined performance rules.

Assist in analyzing campaign performance.

Report daily key metrics.

???? Requirements:

Must have experience with fashion dropshipping ads (Meta Ads Manager).

Very detail-oriented (errors in uploads waste ad spend).

Comfortable doing 2 short logins during 1–2 AM and 4–5 AM PH time.

Strong communication in English.

Reliable and consistent.

???? Work Schedule:

2 short logins per night: once between 1–2 AM PH time, and once between 4–5 AM PH time.

Current workload: ~10–15 minutes total per day.

Future workload: more hours as responsibilities expand.

???? Salary:

$15 USD per week (fixed) during upload/check-in phase.

Salary will increase as more responsibility is granted (scaling, optimization, reporting).

Paid weekly on Wednesday via Wise.

???? How to Apply:

Please send:

A short intro about your experience with fashion dropshipping ads.

Examples of ad accounts or campaigns you have managed (screenshots are fine).

Confirmation you can log in at 1–2 AM and 4–5 AM PH time daily.
