RESPONSIBILITIES
GHL OPTIMISATION & MANAGEMENT
• Review and finalise account setup (branding, integrations, domains,
• Optimise CRM structure with pipelines, stages, and tagging for better lead tracking
• Build and refine automations & workflows (lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment reminders)
• Manage and optimise calendars for seamless scheduling
• Develop and improve funnels and landing pages for lead capture and conversion
• Create and manage forms, surveys, and chat widgets for engagement
• Integrate AI tools and AI voice bots for cold calling, lead qualification, and follow-up
• Build, launch, and manage
• Set up dashboards and reporting for marketing and sales performance
• Conduct ongoing audits and improvements to keep the system running efficiently
DIGITAL MARKETING & ADVERTISING
• Create and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Set up and manage pixels, tracking, and retargeting campaigns
• Oversee
• Run reactivation campaigns to re-engage past clients and dormant leads
• Manage and schedule social media content, engagement, and reporting
• Edit and repurpose video content for marketing, social media, and campaigns
WEBSITE & SEO
• Update and maintain company website content and design
• Implement and improve SEO strategies to increase organic reach
• Support landing page development for marketing campaigns
LEAD & ADMIN MANAGEMENT
• Manage leads, CRM records, and client pipelines
• Handle calendar management and scheduling
• Provide general administrative support and system upkeep
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in Go High Level (GHL) account management and optimisation
• Strong background in digital marketing, advertising, and CRM platforms
• Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads
• Knowledge of AI tools, automation, and AI voice bots
• Experience with video editing (for social media, ads, and promotional content)
• Expertise in
• Familiarity with funnels, pixels, and lead tracking systems
• Website and SEO optimisation skills
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Excellent written and spoken English
