We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Account Manager with strong expertise in Amazon. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, communicates relentlessly, and takes full ownership of account performance from strategy through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and relationship management.
Develop and execute tailored growth strategies for Amazon accounts, including advertising, SEO, and catalog optimization.
Monitor account health and proactively address issues (listings, inventory, buy box, brand registry, etc.).
Drive reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients with clarity and actionability.
Collaborate with internal teams (advertising, creative, operations) to deliver seamless execution.
Anticipate challenges and escalate solutions before they become problems
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon’s latest policies, tools, and marketplace trends.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and client-facing.
Relentless drive to follow up, follow through, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to juggle multiple client priorities.
