JOB OVERVIEW

Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Technical Support L2/L3 to join our dynamic team in California. This is a remote job. Work hours are in US Pacific Time. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and problem-solving for our clients' complex IT systems and networks.

What you'll be doing

Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across a range of IT systems and infrastructure
Provide advanced technical guidance and support to lower-level IT support staff
Implement and maintain secure, scalable and resilient network infrastructure
Automate IT operations and support processes to improve efficiency
Continuously research and implement new technologies to enhance our IT service delivery
Document technical processes and solutions to share knowledge across the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in an IT technical support role, ideally in a complex enterprise environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, storage, and cloud technologies
Expertise in network administration, security, and performance optimisation
Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE or ITIL are highly desirable
