We are hiring an experienced VA to handle government contracting bids. This is a test role (submit 3-5 bids per week). Once we win 3 solid bids, it transitions into a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Submit 3-5 bids per week on government platforms.
Ensure bids are compliant, streamlined, and well-formulated.
Manage client info and communications in GoHighLevel CRM + Google Sheets.
Provide regular updates on bidding progress.
Improve the efficiency of the bidding process.
Requirements:
3+ years in government contracting with a proven track record.
Past examples of successful bids required.
Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM + Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently (monitored with screen share software).
