We are a fast-growing Plumbing & HVAC company seeking a savvy, results-driven Growth Marketing Leader to own our lead generation engine. You will build and manage a remote team, run rapid experiments, and scale what works—all while tracking KPIs daily. This role suits a hands-on, data-driven leader with a growth hacker mindset. Key Responsibilities
• - Develop and execute a 90-day plan and annual growth strategy focused on qualified, trackable leads.
• - Hire, manage, and mentor a remote team (SEO, PPC, creative, content, analytics).
• - Own Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and local SEO/GBP; coordinate mailers, video, and local events.
• - Implement dashboards and report daily/weekly KPIs (CPL, ROAS, lead-to-booked-job, CAC, channel mix).
• - Run disciplined testing (hypothesis ? test ? learn ? scale); maintain test backlog and win-rate tracking.
• - Select and operate automation stack (e.g., Search Atlas for SEO/PPC automation, Merchynt Paige for GBP, Zapier/Make).
• - Innovate with AI/LLMs to help us serve our clients better and faster.
• - Vendor management: evaluate agencies/freelancers, negotiate SLAs, and ensure attribution integrity.
Qualifications
• - 5+ years in performance/growth marketing with local lead-gen experience (home services preferred).
• - Expertise in Google Ads/LSA, Meta Ads, local SEO/GBP, conversion tracking, and analytics.
• - Proven remote team leadership; builds process, SOPs, and accountability.
• - Fluent in KPI-driven decision making; advanced Excel/Sheets or Looker Studio skills.
• - Comfort with AI, LLMs, and marketing automation to reduce manual work and speed execution.
