JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
Vineyard Growth is looking for a highly skilled and technically inclined Google Business Profile Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a background in local SEO, be proficient in English, and be able to onboard clients to all of our software within 24 hours. The primary focus of this role is on fulfilling technical tasks related to Google Business Profiles without direct client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients to Vineyard Growth’s software within 24 hours of account setup.

Set up and optimize Google Business Profiles for clients based on internal specifications.

Ensure all client information (business hours, descriptions, photos, etc.) is accurately uploaded to their Google Business Profile.

Perform technical tasks related to GBP optimization and troubleshooting, such as updates and fixes.

Monitor and ensure all Google Business Profile information stays up to date with internal guidelines.

Handle backend processes for optimizing and maintaining client profiles, with no direct client communication.

Requirements:

Native or near-native English proficiency (both written and verbal).

Strong local SEO background is preferred.

Technically inclined with the ability to quickly learn and use software tools.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and a focus on fulfilling tasks as per instructions.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
