About Us
Kids Dreams Matter is a U.S.-based nonprofit and publishing company dedicated to inspiring and empowering children through storytelling. We’ve published 26 children’s books (including the Chippy and Buster Bear series) that promote character, values, and imagination.
Our books are distributed online, and we are expanding into schools, libraries, and media outlets nationwide. We’re looking for a Sales & Outreach Manager to drive growth, close deals, and build a team of sub-affiliates to multiply our sales impact.
Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Outreach:
Make outbound calls and
Pitch our book series, set appointments, and close bulk orders.
Contact podcasts, blogs, and media outlets for interviews and reviews.
Affiliate & Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sub-affiliates to expand outreach.
Provide affiliates with media kits, scripts, and tracking links.
Track performance and payouts of affiliate team.
Sales Management:
Meet weekly sales and outreach targets.
Maintain CRM records of leads, calls, and conversions.
Report results weekly to leadership.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or call center roles.
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to recruit and motivate a team.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet.
Nice to Have:
Experience selling to schools, libraries, or education-related organizations.
Prior experience managing affiliates or remote teams.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $400–$600/month (depending on experience).
Commission: Earn a % on every bulk order or media booking you close.
Team Override: Earn additional commission on sales from your sub-affiliates.
Bonuses: For hitting monthly sales milestones (e.g., 1000 books/month, 2000 books/month).
