We are hiring a Web Assistant with WordPress, Elementor & Affiliate Experience for Growing Medical Brand
Company: Balance Foot and Ankle PLLC - Based in US Michigan
Salary: $7-8/hr USD starting, with opportunity to grow based on performance
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday (flexible hours)
(Remote – Philippines Based Only)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Web Assistant to support our Lead Webmaster in building and managing two key websites:
- ---------- (affiliate-focused, new brand)
- ---------- (established clinic website)
You’ll help build high-converting product pages, optimize affiliate content, improve SEO performance, and support future monetization efforts through ads and sales funnels. This role is ideal for someone who understands both technical SEO and visual web execution.

You'll play a hands-on role in shaping the online presence of a fast-growing U.S. medical brand—with direct impact on traffic, conversions, and revenue. You’ll work closely with our lead to update, optimize, and expand content across multiple clinic-related platforms—primarily using WordPress, Elementor, Geniuslink, and SEMrush.

This is a long-term role with room for growth and increasing responsibility, especially as we expand into new brands and monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support website creation, page publishing, and layout management using Elementor
-Assist with building top product recommendation pages (e.g. Top 10 Shoes for Heel Pain, Best Orthotics for Plantar Fasciitis)
-Create and optimize affiliate content page
-Embed and update affiliate links (e.g. Geniuslink) across new pages
-Optimize pages for local SEO using SEMrush and Google Local best practices
-Help maintain the ---------- and ---------- sites under guidance from the Webmaster Lead
-Coordinate with the content and YouTube team for video-to-page integrations
-Assist in preparing the site for future ad campaigns and monetization strategies
-Stay organized using Trello and Google Workspace

Required Skills & Experience
These are non-negotiables — if you don't have these yet, this role isn't a fit:
- Proficiency with WordPress and Elementor
- Strong understanding of local SEO and on-page SEO
- Experience with landing pages, ClickFunnels, or Kajabi
- Experience building affiliate or product recommendation pages
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and basic analytics
- Understanding of mobile-responsive design and conversion best practices
- Can embed and track affiliate links (Geniuslink, Amazon, etc.)
- Organized, meets deadlines, work independently, and communicates clearly
- Comfortable working full-time, no other jobs or side gigs

Preferred / Bonus Skills:
- Experience managing server security or using CPanel
- Familiarity with .htaccess, robots.txt, or WordPress CLI
- Experience optimizing for EEAT (Google’s quality guidelines)
- Knowledge of CDNs, image/file optimization, caching tools
- Comfortable editing code (PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX)
- Ability to humanize AI-generated content
- Has built a WordPress site from scratch

Report directly to our lead Webmaster with oversight from our Virtual Manager
