We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Project Manager to lead and manage our ongoing video and social media content projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with both our Social Media Manager and Social Media Assistant, overseeing a remote team of approximately 7 editors and creatives to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all social media and video projects from raw content through to final delivery
Conduct daily check-ins with content creators and editors to assign tasks and monitor progress
Review all video edits for accuracy (spelling, graphics, B-roll, captions, brand alignment) and provide clear, constructive feedback via
Organize and maintain content libraries in Google Photos, and select the most impactful visuals for use in video or social campaigns
Coordinate weekly assignments and daily task flow across the full content team
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Social Media Assistant to refine copy, captions, and overall messaging
Maintain regular communication with your supervisor and proactively flag delays or production challenges
Ensure all deadlines are met across multiple platforms and projects

Skill Set
Proven experience managing remote creative or digital content teams
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for spelling, grammar, and visual accuracy
Strong understanding of video production workflows and current social media trends
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple projects at once
Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
Familiarity with brand consistency and quality control across digital content
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and address potential issues
Comfortable working in a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST schedule
Bonus: Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and/or photo editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom)
