JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION
You are responsible for implementing our in house viral growth marketing strategy for a fast paced, high growth technology startup. You will work directly with our CEO, who is a seasoned, veteran entrepreneur. Part of our growth strategy is identifying and curating viral social media video content targeted towards men across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc. It is important that you have a good intuition for what is good, high quality content. You will be required to find content that is inspirational and motivational for men. You will then use these contents to go viral yourself and grow the business.

You will be working directly with the CEO who is a seasoned, veteran entrepreneur. You will learn how to start your own business and grow your business using social media effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Watches substantial social media content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or Twitter/X
- Problem solving skills, knows how to figure out how to solve problems by himself
- Enjoys learning new skills
- Hardworking and motivated
