JOB OVERVIEW

We run a fast-growing credit repair & business funding company helping entrepreneurs, small business owners, and individuals get their credit fixed in order to access capital. We generate a consistent flow of warm leads daily through social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and now we need a sharp, reliable appointment setter to help us keep up with demand.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound leads and messages (mainly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube DMs)

Qualify leads and set appointments for sales calls

Log and update all leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel pipeline) for proper follow-up

Follow scripts while still being personable and persuasive

Send reminders and follow up with leads who haven’t booked yet

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service preferred (but not required if you can hustle and learn fast)

Familiar with Instagram/TikTok/YouTube DM outreach

Comfortable working remotely and independently

Reliable internet and ability to work U.S. business hours (EST)

Must be hungry, organized, and coachable

Compensation:

Commission based — paid per booked call and bonus for closed deals

High earning potential (our services range from $500–$10,000+)
