JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based law firm looking for a long-term, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The role starts with setting up our systems and workflows and then transitions into an Intake Specialist position where you will be the first point of contact for our clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and integrate firm tools (Google Workspace, MyCase, Calendly, Zoom, JubileePro, etc.)
- Create workflows, intake forms, and client communication templates
- Timely handle client intake calls/emails with professionalism
- Collect information and documents, verify insurance, and manage onboarding
- Provide ongoing admin support and assist with assigned projects and tasks

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and writing skills (must be very clear and professional)
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRMs, automation tools)
- Able to work independently and suggest improvements
- Previous VA or intake/customer service experience preferred

Compensation:
- Php 35,000–45,000/month (? $625–$800 USD), Equivalent to about $3.90–$5.00/hour
- Salary depends on experience and English proficiency, with room for growth
- 40 hours per week (must overlap at least 4–5 hours with U.S. Central Time)
