Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant supports the firm’s mission of guiding families with compassion and clarity by executing the marketing strategies and workflows outlined in the Marketing Handbook. This role is responsible for implementing daily marketing tasks across social media,
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Plan, draft, and schedule social media content following the firm’s 7 Magic Posts framework.
- Create visuals in Canva or CapCut using approved brand colors, fonts, and style.
- Upload and schedule posts through Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor comments, likes, and shares; engage with followers professionally and warmly.
- Maintain a log of captions and ensure no duplicate use.
2. Content Creation
- Draft captions and copy aligned with the firm’s brand voice (compassionate, professional, empowering).
- Generate design briefs for weekly visuals and coordinate approvals.
- Ensure all digital content includes the firm’s logo, complies with legal sensitivity standards, and aligns with content pillars: Education, Compassion, Culture, and Calls-to-Action.

- Enter and tag new leads into Lawmatics CRM from sources including Lex Reception, LegalMatch, Intaker, and referrals.
- Assign leads to the correct drip campaigns (New Lead, Pre-Consultation, No-Show, or Post-Consultation).

4. Lead Management Support
- Monitor LegalMatch dashboard and respond to case inquiries using approved templates.
- Follow up with leads via
- Confirm scheduled consultations, send reminders, and manage “No-Show” workflows.
- Escalate urgent or VIP leads to Attorney Robinson immediately.
5. Community Outreach & Referrals
- Assist with planning and promoting workshops, events, and speaking engagements.
- Track referrals through the Team 100 Referral Sheet and coordinate follow-ups.
- Support the high-touch referral process (e.g., sending intro letters, handwritten notes, video messages).
6. Internal Marketing & Client Retention
- Coordinate birthday and referral gift programs using SendOutCards and approved vendors.
- Ensure timely thank-you
- Help maintain client engagement through personalized touchpoints.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly reports on lead sources, consults booked, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Compile monthly marketing performance reviews summarizing trends, insights, and recommendations.
- Track metrics across Lawmatics, MyCase, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Prior experience in marketing, social media management, or administrative support with marketing duties.
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems (Lawmatics experience a plus).
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and tone.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational and communication skills.
