We’re looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Listing Specialist who can own the end-to-end process of creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting listings across multiple marketplaces. This is a hands-on role that blends technical catalog management with intermediate-level image editing and layout skills. Growth opportunities exist in an expanded role over time, if interested.
You’ll work directly with agency founders and ultra-specialists to ensure listings are accurate, visually compelling, and compliant — and you’ll help solve catalog issues before they impact sales.
Part time or full time.
90 day evaluation period. [Work schedule must overlap with US Eastern for at least 4 hours per day. -or- US eastern hours to start, can switch to a flexible schedule after established - must be responsive during agreed windows.]
Core Responsibilities
-Create and update listings via Seller Central and flat file uploads
-Build and optimize parent-child variations
-Troubleshoot listing errors, suppressions, and compliance issues
-Edit product images to meet Amazon requirements (resizing, color adjustment, background cleanup, text overlays, simple infographics)
-Upload and manage media assets (A+ Content, Brand Store modules, image stacks)
-Collaborate with internal team to ensure keywords, copy, and visuals are aligned
-Maintain clean catalog data and ensure consistency across SKUs
Must-Have Skills & Experience
-Experience managing Amazon product listings, catalogs, and flat files (including bulk uploads, SKU updates, and suppressed ASIN fixes)
-Experience with listing reinstatement, flat file errors, troubleshooting, and error fixing. Case management as related.
-Ability to troubleshoot and resolve catalog issues quickly
-Experience with Amazon variation structure and parent-child linking (setup and troubleshooting)
-Intermediate-level image editing and layout skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
-Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving catalog and compliance issues
-Ability to create Amazon-compliant main images, infographics, and basic A+ Content layouts
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Intermediate MS Excel / Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and uploads
-Clear written communication in English
-Case management and escalation experience
-Knowledge of Amazon Brand Store setup and updates
Nice-to-Have / Growth skills
-Inventory management knowledge within Seller Central
-Experience working for or inside Amazon Seller Support
-Understanding of Amazon compliance policies and appeal processes
-SEO for Amazon listings (titles, bullet points, product descriptions, back-end search terms)
-Coupon, Deal, and Promotion setup

-Listings created, optimized, and published on time without compliance issues
-Parent-child variations built and maintained
-Catalog issues proactively identified and resolved before they impact sales
-Product images edited and uploaded in a way that meets Amazon guidelines and elevates visual appeal
-A+ Content and Brand Store modules published accurately and on schedule
-All updates documented clearly for internal tracking
-Minimal rework required due to high attention to detail
-Smooth, timely communication with founders and other tea
Work Setup
-Remote, contractor role (potential for long-term partnership)
-Must have own laptop, reliable high speed internet.
