JOB OVERVIEW

The designer/assistant will support the creative team on a wide range of projects and materials. This includes:
*Creating visual concepts and designs for various print formats, including and not limited to booklets, magazines, brochures, presentations, pitch books, postcards, pamphlets, and posters.

*Creating visual concepts and designs for various digital platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertising.

*Ensuring all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

*Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final delivery, while meeting deadlines and coordinating with stakeholders.

*Working closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and brand standards.

Required Skills:
*Proficiency in graphic design and presentation software. Expertise in industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint or other relevant software.

*Strong visual communication skills: Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs that effectively communicate messages.

*Knowledge of design principles: Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and other design fundamentals.
Ability to work independently: Managing workload and meeting deadlines without close supervision.

*Strong organizational and time management skills: Balancing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Working effectively with remote teams and clients.

*Adaptability and problem-solving skills: Adjusting designs for different platforms and resolving design challenges.

*Familiarity with online marketing and social media: Understanding how to create visuals that resonate with online audiences.

Required Skills:
*Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Recommended Skills:
*Commercial real estate experience.
*Working experience or willingness to learn such emerging tools as Canva, Figma, Gamma, Tiled, Beautiful, Prezi, Visme, etc.
