Aurelia is a fast-growing Asian-inspired gelato brand based in New York City. From our retail outpost and brand collaborations to restaurant partnerships and wholesale expansion, we are building something our clients and customers deeply love.
We are seeking a part-time Account Manager to support and grow our wholesale and retail partner relationships. You’ll help ensure a smooth, responsive experience for our clients, from reordering and support to upselling and relationship building. This is a remote role for an experienced account manager familiar with the food industry and comfortable managing relationships with Asian restaurants, cafés, or grocery clients.
Responsibilities
• Respond to all inbound client requests via
• Manage reorders and ensure timely communication with production and logistics
• Upsell and cross-sell flavors, pints, or seasonal launches
• Track client preferences and notes in our CRM (Pipedrive)
• Coordinate with the production and delivery team to resolve issues quickly
• Work with the founder to strengthen client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in account management, client services, or sales support
• Experience in the food & beverage or CPG industry
• Comfortable using CRM tools and phone/text platforms like JustCall
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Reliable and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Able to work New York business hours part of the day
Preferred
• Fluent in one or more Asian languages (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, or Vietnamese)
• Experience managing relationships with Asian-owned businesses
• Familiarity with U.S. food wholesale operations or logistics
• Prior remote work or freelance experience
