## The Role: Acquisitions Assistant
This is a **data-driven, detail-oriented role** that combines marketing support, sales tracking, intake reporting, and client file transition. The **ideal candidate** is tech-savvy, highly organized, and confident with numbers and systems. You will ensure that all leads are properly tracked, categorized, and followed up on — while monitoring marketing ROI across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
* **Marketing & Sales Support**
* Update **marketing and sales reports** weekly.
* Verify **marketing processes** are running correctly.
* Track and report **ROI by channel** (funnels, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
* Monitor **lead categorization** and ensure accuracy in CRM.
* **Intake System Management**
* Update and maintain **intake reports**.
* Ensure **retainer agreements and intake forms** are completed and filed correctly.
* Write and send **follow-up communications** to prospective clients.
* Verify intake-to-sales conversion data.
* **Client Transition Management**
* Oversee smooth **handoff from intake to legal production**.
* Ensure case files are properly documented and transferred to paralegals/attorneys.
* **Data & Analytics**
* Use **Excel and Google Sheets** at an advanced/expert level for reporting and analysis.
* Monitor and track **marketing ROI per channel** using funnels, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
* Identify trends and provide insights to improve conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in **marketing, sales support, or intake operations** (law firm or professional services preferred).
* Proficiency with **case management systems** (Clio, MyCase, or similar).
* **Advanced Excel & Google Sheets** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
* Experience with **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing funnels**.
* Excellent written English (for follow-up
* Strong organizational skills with **attention to detail**.
* Ability to work **U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours**.
