About Us

We are a fast-moving e-commerce brand producing high-converting ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. We are looking for a highly skilled, FAST video editor who can replicate the exact style of our example ad — combining UGC-style clips with polished editing, captions, and pacing designed to convert.

The ideal candidate will not only edit, but also source the right UGC stock clips (e.g., Artgrid, Storyblocks, Billo, ---------- ) to match the ad style — so you can take a product and produce 10+ polished ads per week without waiting on us for raw footage.

If you are not confident in matching the style of our example exactly, do not apply.

Responsibilities

Source matching, ad-ready UGC-style stock footage from premium libraries (Artgrid, Storyblocks, Billo, etc.) when needed

Edit short-form, high-converting e-commerce ads in Meta/TikTok style

Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and hooks that maximize CTR and ROAS

Maintain consistent brand feel across all ads while optimizing performance

Deliver fast turnarounds — 24–48 hours per batch of edits

Incorporate trending ad styles while keeping them conversion-focused

Requirements

Proven editing portfolio of Meta/TikTok ads in a similar style to our example (this will be checked)

Experience sourcing UGC/stock footage from premium platforms

Mastery of CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro (After Effects a plus)

Strong sense of pacing, hook creation, and sales-driven editing

Ability to work from minimal direction — we give product details, you produce the ad

Fluent in English for communication and feedback

Bonus Skills

Access to personal Artgrid/Storyblocks subscription

Ability to create kinetic typography & animated callouts

Knowledge of TikTok trends and viral editing structures

Mandatory Skill Test (Read Carefully)

Shortlisted applicants will be given a 15-second section of our example ad to recreate.

Must match pacing, captions, transitions, and effects exactly

Must source similar stock footage if exact clips aren’t available

Submit within 48 hours of receiving the test file

Watermark your work until hired

Applicants who skip the test or submit poor quality will not be considered
