We are a conversion rate optimization (CRO) agency helping eCommerce brands increase revenue, average order value, and lifetime value through weekly testing sprints. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager who can independently manage 4+ client accounts running simultaneous weekly sprints—keeping work flowing smoothly without constant oversight.
What You'll Do:
- Manage weekly CRO sprints for 5+ eCommerce clients, each with distinct deliverables, testing priorities, and deadlines
- Create all monthly tasks in ClickUp immediately after client planning sessions, with proper specs, deadlines, and priority tags
- Coordinate with our outsourced design/development team to ensure tasks move through production on schedule
- Route approved designs to development and revision notes back to designers/developers without prompting
- Manage client communication: Deliver design/dev assets for review, collect feedback, and route revisions back to production within same business day
- Attend all client calls and planning sessions, take detailed notes, and independently convert discussions into actionable ClickUp tasks
- Provide bi-daily status updates (12pm and 4pm EST) covering tasks completed, blockers, and what needs attention
- Submit weekly sprint reports every Friday showing progress across all clients, upcoming deadlines, and any issues requiring strategic input
- Proactively flag and resolve blockers before they delay sprints—don't wait to be asked
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years proven PM experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in an agency, eCommerce, or CRO environment
- Agile/sprint methodology experience—you understand how weekly sprints work and can maintain
- Strong ownership mentality: You drive work forward without constant check-ins or reminders
- Exceptional written communication and professional client-facing skills
- Proactive problem-solver: You identify issues early and bring solutions, not just status updates
- Detail-oriented but fast-paced: Nothing slips through cracks, but you keep sprint velocity high
- Comfortable working EST hours (9am-5pm or 10am-6pm EST)
Must Have Direct Experience With:
- ClickUp (daily task management, automations, custom fields)
- Slack (team coordination, client communication)
- Figma (reviewing designs, understanding handoff specs)
- GHL (Go High Level) is a plus but not required
Ideal Background:
- Previous experience with CRO, A/B testing, or eCommerce optimization projects
- Worked with outsourced or remote design/dev teams
- Managed 4+ clients simultaneously with weekly deliverables
How to Apply:
- Please use 15 Apply Points when submitting your application.
Include:
- Your resume
- Brief note (3-4 sentences) about your project management experience specifically with weekly sprints or recurring client deliverables
