JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Excel or Google Sheets wizard and highly skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team full-time. The ideal candidate will be a QuickBooks Online expert, a Zoho CRM power user, and have a proven track record in multi-currency bookkeeping. You will be adept at preparing accurate and insightful financial reports, managing payment systems including Stripe and Airwallex, and providing proactive administrative and tech support to our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with numbers, thrives in data-driven environments, and can leverage technology to improve workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily accounting operations using QuickBooks Online
Handle multi-currency transactions with precision
Reconcile and process payments via Stripe and Airwallex
Create and analyze financial reports using advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions such as pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation scripts
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely financial data updates
Manage and update client records in Zoho CRM
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Assist in general office tasks and basic tech troubleshooting

QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and automation
Proven experience with QuickBooks Online
Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM
Experience in multi-currency bookkeeping
Familiarity with Stripe and Airwallex payment systems
Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy

WORKING HOURS
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
