Job Title: Business Developer – B2B Enterprise Staffing Solutions

About the Role
U.S. Direct Hire (USDH) is looking for resourceful, driven Business Developers who thrive in B2B enterprise sales and know how to open doors with the right people. You’ll be selling staffing solutions to U.S. companies battling frontline labor shortages—engaging with HR leaders, CEOs, COOs, and other senior decision-makers, speaking their language, understanding their priorities, and earning their trust.
You will focus on one of the following key industry verticals:
Hospitality / Hotels
Fast Food Restaurants
Food Production & Processing
Light Manufacturing
Warehousing
Janitorial / Commercial Cleaning Services
Car Washes / Auto Detailing Chains
This is a hands-on business development role where execution and results matter most.
Key Responsibilities
1) Research & Prospecting
-Research and develop your own leads, identifying key decision-makers and obtaining accurate contact details
-Qualify corporate clients quickly and decisively by assessing company size, history, workforce count, and industry relevance.
-Maintain organized prospect lists and update activity tracking regularly.
2) Outreach & Engagement
-Execute a methodical multi-step outreach campaign using cold calls,
-Deliver persuasive, tailored messaging around our unique staffing solutions.
-Use “connection hacks” when necessary—Hail Mary pitches, creative outreach moves, and unexpected approaches that get attention.
3) Industry Expertise & Consultative Sales
-Learn your focus industry’s lingo, pain points, processes, and challenges.
-Practice consultative sales—listening closely to understand needs and persuading decision-makers to book qualified appointments.
-Speak fluently with HR leaders, executives, and operations managers.
4) Sales Process & Team Collaboration
-Book and join qualified discovery calls with USDH senior sales leaders.
-Get appointments for team marketing pitches and coordinate follow-ups.
-Continuously test, learn, and refine your outreach based on performance data.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience (U.S. market preferred).
Demonstrated ability to get past gatekeepers and secure meetings with senior decision-makers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to craft compelling stories and speak confidently at the exec level.
Strong qualifying skills—able to assess prospects quickly and move decisively.
Tech savvy—comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and online research.
High Dominance and Influence scores on DISC profile.
Mindset & Traits

Independent and self-motivated, yet comfortable working in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Preferred Background
College or graduate-level education.
Experience or insight in one or more of the seven industry verticals listed above.
Experience living, studying, or working in the U.S. or attending an international school is a strong advantage.
