Are you obsessed with high-performing ad campaigns, know your way around Meta Business Suite and Google Ads like the back of your hand, and can also whip up creatives that actually stop the scroll? Larkin Media is looking for a paid ads pro who can deliver results, not just impressions.
We run campaigns for projects that have serious growth potential—like our apartment locating initiative—and we need someone who can bring both strategy and execution to the table.
What You’ll Tackle
Campaign mastery: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta
Creative production: Design eye-catching ad creatives (images, carousels, short videos) that fit each platform’s vibe and convert clicks into customers.
Performance tracking: Set up and manage pixels, conversion events, and analytics to measure ROI and spot optimization opportunities fast.
Targeting strategy: Test and refine audiences—starting with key Texas cities, then expanding as campaigns prove out.
ROI obsession: Adjust bids, budgets, and creatives to squeeze the most value out of every ad dollar.
Must-Haves
3+ years hands-on experience running Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns (agency experience a plus).
Proven track record managing high-budget accounts ($50k+/mo preferred).
Excellent written and spoken English—you’ll be communicating strategy, not just clicking buttons.
Strong grasp of lead generation funnels, tracking, and campaign metrics.
Available to work Texas business hours for team syncs and campaign adjustments.
Bonus: Solid design chops (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) so you can own both creative and strategy.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Advantage+ campaigns and other advanced Meta features.
Background in real estate, apartment locating, or other lead-heavy industries.
Skills in short-form video editing for ads.
Hours & Pay
Full-time (flexible schedule with overlap during Texas business hours).
$1,500 – $2,500 USD/month depending on skills, experience, and results.
Long-term role for the right person—higher rates available for proven ROI rockstars.
