Job Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support a fast-growing travel influencer in managing and expanding her online presence. You’ll work behind the scenes to repurpose content, keep posting consistent across multiple platforms, create engaging graphics, and make sure every post is polished and on-brand.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be directly involved in helping an influencer maintain daily posting, grow her audience, and keep her content visually cohesive and performance-ready. If you love travel content, have an eye for detail, and thrive on keeping things organized, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
Content Repurposing & Posting
-Pull high-performing TikToks and turn them into fresh posts for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
-Schedule daily posts using our social scheduling tool.
-Create bright, engaging cover images and adjust hashtags for each platform.
-Keep our content tracker up to date so nothing falls through the cracks.
Photo & Graphic Creation
-Brighten, crop, and lightly edit travel photos to match our aesthetic.
-Design simple but beautiful carousel posts for Instagram and Pinterest.
-Create engaging Stories graphics for product recommendations, travel tips, and affiliate promotions.
Brand Consistency & Collaboration
-Follow brand style guidelines to ensure every post feels cohesive.
-Work closely with the team to bring ideas from the content calendar to life.
-Stay flexible and ready to jump on trending opportunities when they fit the brand.
What We’re Looking For
-Experience managing social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
-Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Canva for design, and basic photo editing.
-Strong attention to detail — you notice when fonts, colors, or captions are slightly off.
-A love of travel and an eye for what will make our audience stop scrolling.
