Production company needs Full-Time VA Producer – $8/hr + 5% Commission

About the Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant Producer who can handle project coordination and lead management for our video production company. You must speak and understand English at a near-native level—clear, confident, and professional on calls. You’ll work closely with our U.S.-based team, following up on leads, managing timelines, and making sure projects stay on track from start to finish.
Who We Are:
We’re a film production company with 20+ years in the industry. We generate new qualified leads every day—no cold calls, ever. Our repeat client list includes brands like ESPN, MTV, Verizon, Walmart, and HBO. Things are picking up and as we rebuild, we are seeking the right person to join the team to assist with new clients.
We’re coming out of a few tough years, but the tide has turned—and now we’re rebuilding. Business is back, deals are rolling in, and we need someone overseas to join the core team and help us manage the wave. You MUST:
Speak PERFECT English (spoken and written) — this is non-negotiable
Be available to work the graveyard shift (U.S. business hours)
Be flexible and available outside of your shift when needed, depending on client demands
Have a reliable internet connection and a professional home setup
Be comfortable managing projects, communicating with clients, and following up on leads
Be ready to learn fast, take initiative, and stay highly organized
