*WHO WE ARE:*
We’re a fast-growing Podcast Agency creating viral short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and high-retention long-form videos (YouTube, Podcasts) for Top 10 Podcasters, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and influencers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Your focus will be Short-Form Editing: Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts
- Add captivating captions, motion graphics, and pattern interrupts to keep viewers engaged
- Incorporate sound effects, music, and transitions to elevate content
- Keep project files organized and easy to find

*COMPENSATION & GROWTH:*
- PHP 35,000 – 40,000 / month - based on skill, speed, and performance

*THE HIRING PROCESS (READ CAREFULLY)*
We hire fast and promote fast — but only if you can keep up.
Stage 1 – Application:
- Attach your resume
- Attach 5–10 of your best samples (both short-form & long-form)
- Send a 1–2 minute video introduction where you:

--- Show your proudest editing project and explain why

Stage 2 - Personality Test
Stage3 - PAID Skills Test:
If selected, you’ll get 2–4 raw clips and will need to submit completed edits within 24 hours.
We’re testing for speed + creativity + attention to detail.
*We will Pay you for the Skills Test*
Stage 4 – Creative Director Interview.
Stage 5 – Final Interview with Our CEO:
You’ll discuss vision, expectations, and growth opportunities.
