We’re hiring an experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact businesses across the US and book qualified appointments for our website and AI services.

Requirements
Fluent, confident English with clear pronunciation
Previous cold-calling or outbound sales experience
Strong objection-handling and communication skills
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling rejection
Available full-time during US business hours (9 PM - 5 AM Manila time)
Stable, reliable internet connection
High-quality microphone or professional headset
Quiet work environment
Reliable, competitive, coachable, and results-driven
Responsibilities
Make 200+ outbound cold calls per day
Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
Handle objections and qualify potential customers
Book qualified sales appointments
Follow our scripts, process, and CRM workflow
Remain available on ---------- throughout your shift
Compensation

This is a commission-heavy sales role.

Strong performers can earn several times their base salary through commission. There is no commission cap.

We are looking for people who are competitive, hungry to improve, and motivated by results. If you want a comfortable job where you can coast, this probably isn’t the right role.
