JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a skilled, creative video editor to join my content team and help produce high-quality, engaging videos for social media. My content focuses on real estate (property tours, client stories, market tips) and travel/lifestyle (luxury destinations, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle vlogs).

What You’ll Do:

Edit at least 20 short-form videos per week (Reels/TikToks/YouTube Shorts)
Add captions, transitions, music, and graphics to make videos scroll-stopping
Adapt footage for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Maintain consistent branding, style, and pacing
Work with me to brainstorm creative video ideas and formats
What I’m Looking For:
Proven experience editing engaging short-form content (portfolio required)
Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially in real estate and lifestyle niches
Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
Ability to edit with a mix of professionalism and personality
Knowledge of captioning, color grading, and storytelling through video
Nice to Have (but not required):
Experience with drone footage
Understanding of real estate marketing
Motion graphics/animation skills

Details:
Remote position – must be responsive and able to meet weekly deadlines
Ongoing work with consistent posting schedule (20+ videos per week)
Pay will be project-based or weekly – negotiable based on experience
