JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly-skilled, results-driven Technical SEO Specialist to oversee the performance and visibility of both new and existing Wordpress blogs.

This role is all about fast, consistent Google indexing and continuous improvement of rankings over time. You’ll be the person who ensures our content and websites are search engine–friendly from top to bottom, making a measurable impact on organic visibility.

This role is for advanced SEO specialists ONLY, and is NOT for casual webmasters or individuals with only basic SEO experience. You'll be expected to have knowledge of HTML, basic web development, schema markups, robots.txt files, DOMs, etc.

What you’ll be doing
• Monitor, maintain, and improve technical SEO performance for multiple websites.
• Ensure rapid and reliable Google indexing for all newly published content.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues affecting crawlability, indexing, and ranking.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other tea ---------- mbers to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all stages of content creation and website development.
• Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and URL structures to maximize organic performance.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and indexation rates — and act quickly on any negative changes.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and adjust strategies proactively.

• Work with automation teams to discover and implement SEO process automation and optimize efficiency
What we’re offering
• 2-week paid trial (contract)
• $650 total compensation for the trial period
• 40–50 hours/week, 7 am to 4 pm PHT M-F

What we’re looking for
• Proven track record of managing and improving SEO performance for multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles: crawling, indexing, site speed optimization, structured data, and mobile-first best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console
• Ability to analyze data, spot issues, and implement fixes quickly.
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical issues in plain language.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented, with a focus on measurable results.
• Bonus: Experience with business process automation using Zapier
