CRM & Digital Marketing Manager (GoHighLevel Expert)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants welcome)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Accelerate Therapy and Performance is a growing physical therapy and corporate injury prevention consulting company. We help individuals and organizations move, heal, and live better. We’re looking for a GoHighLevel expert who can manage our CRM, improve our website SEO, and handle content posting across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance technical problem-solving with creative marketing skills.

Only Apply is you have experience with GoHighLevel and know and understand how to build workflows and fix broken workflows and processes within GoHighLevel and understand how to optimize SEO. There will be tasks required during the application process to test your skill sets.

Responsibilities

GoHighLevel CRM Management

Fix broken workflows and troubleshoot tech issues.

Build, recreate and refine funnels, pipelines, and automations.

Pull and analyze metrics to track campaign productivity.

Website SEO & Content

Improve website rankings through on-page and technical SEO.

Keep website content updated and optimized.

Post and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.

Social Media & Marketing

Create platform-specific posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Ensure consistent brand tone and style.

Track and report engagement results.

Requirements
Expert-level experience in GoHighLevel (must be able to build, fix, and optimize workflows and funnels).

Strong SEO skills with proven results.

Experience managing content on WordPress or similar platforms.

Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn content posting.

Excellent written and verbal English.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
