JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

I’m looking for an experienced paralegal in the Philippines with proven skills in U.S. consumer law litigation—specifically FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act).
This is not a credit repair position—we focus on preparing and pursuing litigation against credit bureaus, creditors, and debt collectors.

If you meet the qualifications, please reply with:

1. Your FDCPA & FCRA Experience

Explain the difference between the two laws and when each applies.

List examples of violations you’ve documented and how they were used in litigation.

2. Litigation Support Skills
