Compensation Structure
Base Pay:
• $250/month, paid in two parts:
• $125 halfway through the month
• $125 at the end of the month
Commission:
• Based on total Klaviyo-attributed revenue (campaigns + flows)
• Calculated weekly, paid together with your second $125 base pay at the end of the month
• Starting baseline: $1,300/week (average current revenue from flows)
• You earn commission only on revenue above this baseline
• Rates:
• 3% on the first $3,000 above baseline each week
• 5% on anything above that
Example:
If you generate $10,000 in a week:
• $10,000 – $1,300 baseline = $8,700 above baseline
• First $3,000 × 3% = $90
• Remaining $5,700 × 5% = $285
• Total commission: $375 for that week (paid at month-end)

We have a large product catalog ready to sell and an engaged customer base. If you are proactive and results-driven, you can realistically double, triple, or even quadruple weekly sales in the off-season, which will significantly increase your commission payouts.

Immediate Priorities (First 2 Weeks)
• Review product catalog and select 10–15 products for immediate promotion
• Launch at least 3 campaigns in Week 1 using existing assets and offers
• Confirm all major flows (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase) are live and functional
• Begin segmentation for targeted sending

Ongoing Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Maintain a consistent campaign schedule (3–5/week off-season, 5–8/week peak season)
• Plan promotions around best-selling and seasonal products
• Test and optimize subject lines, send times, and content
• Segment and target customer groups for higher conversion
2. Flow Optimization & Expansion
• Continuously improve existing flows to boost open rates, CTR, and revenue
• Add new flows as needed (VIP, Win-Back, Review Request, Cross-Sell)
• A/B test messaging and offers inside flows
3. Product & Offer Analysis
• Use Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo metrics, and Google Analytics to identify top-selling and high-margin products
• Propose and execute promotions based on data insights
• Adjust strategies quickly based on performance

• All core flows optimized
• Campaign calendar running consistently
• Revenue increased from campaigns launched in Week 1

• Proven ability to independently identify and promote products for strong ROI

Requirements
• 2+ years of Klaviyo experience with proven Shopify eCommerce results
• Proven ability to create custom HTML and drag-and-drop Klaviyo
• Experience with advanced segmentation and dynamic product blocks
• Strong understanding of
• Comfortable updating product descriptions, creating collections, and building basic landing pages in Shopify
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to turn data into revenue
• Proactive communicator who keeps you updated on performance and next steps
