JOB OVERVIEW

Title:
Full Stack + AI Developer | Paid Training in Blockchain (Rust/Substrate)

Get paid to learn blockchain and AI while working on real-world projects with a global Web3 team. No Rust/Substrate experience required but preferred - training provided.

Description:
Unit Network is building the leading Web3 tokenization platform, powering over 100 tokens, decentralized applications, and AI-driven creative tools.

We are looking for ambitious fresh graduates or junior developers who want to build a career in Blockchain and AI. No prior Rust or Substrate experience is required. You will receive paid on-the-job training while working on real projects with our global team.

Responsibilities:

1) Learn and contribute to blockchain modules using Rust and Substrate (training provided)

2) Build backend services (APIs, databases, integrations)

3) Develop AI-powered tools (e.g., GPT/Claude integrations, automation scripts)

4) Create and maintain frontends using React/Next.js

5) Collaborate with engineers and creatives to deliver new features

Qualifications:

1) Strong programming fundamentals (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar)

2) Understanding of backend APIs and databases

3) Willingness to learn Rust, Substrate, and AI development

4) Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment

Nice to Have (Optional):

1) Rust or Substrate experience

2) AI API usage (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace)

3) Web3/crypto knowledge
