Real Estate Disposition Manager (Remote)
Company: J&A Investments
Location: Remote (U.S. business hours, PST preferred)
Compensation: $1,200–$1,500/month + 1–3% Commission
We’re looking for a driven, experienced, and relationship-focused Disposition Manager to join our fast-growing real estate investment company. You’ll be the key player responsible for moving properties quickly, negotiating effectively with investors, and building a strong, loyal buyer network.

What You’ll Do
Market investment properties to our buyer list and wider investor networks
Cold call, qualify, and filter potential buyers
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers in multiple markets
Coordinate buyer walkthroughs, negotiations, and purchase agreements
Manage communication and follow-ups via phone,
Use our CRM to track buyer activity, follow up strategically, and increase conversions
Identify JV (joint venture) and co-wholesale opportunities (bonus)
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in real estate wholesaling dispositions (required)
Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills
Ability to work U.S. business hours (PST preferred)
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Reliable, trustworthy, and a proactive self-starter
Team-oriented, but able to work independently
Willing to work occasional weekends when needed
Investor Lift experience is a plus but not required
Complete computer setup with minimum 150 Mbps internet speed (required)
