Marketing Coordinator – 6 Distribution
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to oversee all things marketing for our artists across our record label, distribution, and JV partners. You’ll manage influencer campaigns, track content performance, run short-form content strategy with our in-house editor, and make sure every song rollout is clean, data-driven, and on time.

Job Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Strategy
-Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience
-Manage multi-platform advertising campaigns across social media channels, monitoring performance metrics and optimizing for ROI
-Create comprehensive campaign briefs that outline goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics for influencer partnerships
Influencer & Partner Relations
-Conduct strategic outreach to influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across various social media platforms and niches
-Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, media outlets, and industry blogs to expand brand reach and visibility
-Negotiate partnership terms and pricing with influencers, agencies, and content creators while managing budget allocations
Maintain a comprehensive database of influencer contacts, rates, and partnership history for future campaigns
Market Research & Analysis
-Analyze influencer demographics and audience data to ensure alignment with target market segments
-Research and identify emerging influencers and trends within relevant industry verticals
-Evaluate platform-specific metrics including engagement rates, reach, and audience authenticity across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
-Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark influencer partnerships and identify market opportunities
Content Coordination & Oversight
-Collaborate with in-house content creators to develop campaign assets and ensure brand consistency
-Provide creative direction and feedback to external partners and influencers on content deliverables
-Coordinate content approval processes and ensure all partnerships comply with FTC guidelines and brand standards
Performance Tracking & Reporting
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
-Prepare detailed reports on influencer campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for future strategies
-Track partnership costs and budget allocation to ensure campaigns remain within approved spending limits
-Maintain organized records of all partnerships, contracts, and campaign assets for easy reference and analysis
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications
-Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
-Creative thinker with strategic approach to influencer marketing
-Fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends
-Strong communicator—comfortable collaborating with artists, influencers, and agencies
-Able to follow systems, track projects, and suggest improvements
-Data-driven: understands social metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
-Experience (2+ years) in influencer or social media marketing
-Familiar with influencer platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Grin) and FTC compliance
MUSIC INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
