JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a confident and personable Networking & Relationship Building Representative to join our team. This role isn’t about aggressive sales tactics. It’s about showing up to networking meetings with warmth and professionalism, building genuine relationships, and guiding interested leads to connect with our CEO.

You’ll attend weekly virtual networking events, represent the business using talking points, and plant seeds for future collaboration — all while following a proven, relationship-first approach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Attend 1–2 H7 virtual networking meetings weekly (via Zoom)
Represent the company in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
Introduce the business clearly using provided talking points
Actively listen to other members and identify potential follow-up contacts
Initiate 1:1 follow-up meetings with promising connections
Encourage qualified leads to book a discovery call with the CEO (no selling required)
Share networking messages in Zoom chats to spark conversations
Track contacts, follow-ups, and warm leads in a simple sheet
Follow up and connect with new contacts on LinkedIn

Ideal Background:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong English fluency
Resourceful, proactive, and reliable
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Friendly, human-centered approach to networking

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in VA services, B2B, recruiting, or marketing
Comfortable using Zoom, LinkedIn, Calendly
Familiarity with online networking or sales prospecting
Experience attending or leading virtual meetings is a bonus

Logistics:

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred, open to others with strong alignment)
Hours: Part-Time (~10 hours/week)
Time Zone: Must be available for US-time-friendly meetings (some flexibility)
Rate: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Start Date: ASAP
