Position Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This role offers strong earning potential, growth opportunities, and flexibility—all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do
Recruit & Source Candidates

Find qualified healthcare professionals using job boards, databases, and sourcing tools

Screen candidates for skills, experience, and fit

Maintain a pipeline of active and passive talent

Collaborate with Clients

Understand job requirements and hiring needs

Share candidate progress and gather feedback

Support & Engage Candidates

Build strong relationships and guide candidates through the hiring process

Provide regular updates and ensure a smooth experience

Stay Organized

Track all recruitment activity in our CRM

Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines

Requirements
English: Excellent verbal and written communication

Tech: Reliable computer/laptop, phone, and stable internet

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Meetings: Attend weekly Zoom tea ---------- etings

Mindset: Driven, organized, and goal-oriented

Experience: Recruiting or sales experience is a plus; healthcare recruitment is a big bonus
