Customer Care Specialist (Instagram, Email, Telegram & WhatsApp Support)
Location: Remote | Type: Full-time

About Us:
At A Hot Hideout, we’re reimagining what Mala means to Singaporeans. From humble beginnings to outlets across the island, we’re building a brand that’s fast, fun, and unapologetically local. Now, we’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist to help us keep every customer interaction smooth, timely, and on-brand.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and respond to customer messages across Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Email
- Handle enquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests with warmth and professionalism
- Ensure urgent messages (Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp) are replied to within 10 minutes
- Ensure email responses are sent within 12 hours
- Escalate issues where needed and follow through to resolution
- Maintain proper logs of conversations and flag recurring issues
- Support with ad hoc admin tasks and operational follow-ups (e.g. form submissions, basic scheduling)
- Keep a pulse on customer sentiment and suggest improvements to CX processes

Working Hours:
- 10 hours per day, 7 days a week
- Hours are flexible across the day, but availability and responsiveness are non-negotiable
- This is a full-time role with high expectations for responsiveness and consistency

Who You Are:
- Extremely reliable, consistent and quick to respond
- Fluent in written English and capable of writing clear, friendly messages
- Comfortable using Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp Web, Gmail, Google Sheets
- Calm under pressure and able to handle customer frustrations with tact
- Detail-oriented and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Based in a similar timezone to Singapore (GMT+8 preferred)

Bonus Points If You:
- Have previous customer support experience, especially in F&B or e-commerce
- Can write in a tone that feels friendly, casual, and on-brand
- Can speak Mandarin
- Have experience working with fast-paced startups or consumer brands
